actions done to NPCs or any environment will cause different dialogue to be said to reflect those actions). Like its other series, The Walking Dead, some parts of the story will actually change to reflect the decisions you make (i.e. Like almost any other game from Telltale Games, this is a story-driven game with QTEs and click-and-play elements.
However, this would lead to a chain of events where Rhys teams up with Fiona, a pickpocket who made the key to scam Hyperion, resulting in an adventure where the two and their allies look for vault while on the run from Hugo. Finch then says that he has a few plastic bags in the car to put the pieces in.When Hyperion employee Rhys, gets demoted by Hugo Vasquez, who becomes the new senior vice president by jettisoning the old one, Henderson, who promised the guy the promotion, he and his friend Vaughn overhears him making a deal to buy a Vault Key, and decides to go to Pandora to get it before he can. In Escape Plan Bravo, his dead body can be seen, and is exploded when Finch shoots a Psycho Bandit with a bomb strapped to his chest. Vallory then takes his gun and shoots him in the chest, killing him. She tells Vasquez that he is right, and that she doesn't need him anymore. He then tells Vallory that there's nothing to worry about, and that everything's fine. Fiona can blame Vasquez, which angers him. Vallory is very upset that the $10,000,000 Vault Key deal went downhill, and she asks Fiona who is responsible for it. After the two find a chance to escape from him, Hugo gets in his car and chases them, but fails to catch up as a Loader Bot interrupts and saves Rhys and Vaughn. Hugo explains that he will bury Vaughn himself but he will kill Rhys and bring his body back to Hyperion for experimentation because of something in his head. Hugo goes back to search his vehicle and tosses a shovel to each, forcing them to start digging their own graves. The car stops in front of the two and Hugo comes out of the car with a prototype of "the most advanced gun Hyperion has ever made", threatening that he'll shoot them if they do not obey to his orders. Hugo is sent from Hyperion with a moonshot and drives using his car towards Rhys and Vaughn. Later on in the episode, he calls Rhys and offers him a deal to get back up to Helios and blame it all on Vaughn. He later finds out, apparently yelling about Rhys and Vaughn in Pandora. Little does Hugo know that he ends up going to Pandora with his company car. He leaves after he is "promoted" to Assistant Vice Janitor. While Hugo talks to him, Rhys finds out the meeting of the purchase using his echo eye. Rhys learns that he is buying a Vault Key from a guy named August. Hugo reveals he killed Henderson and now took over Henderson's role in Hyperion.
Hugo first appears when Rhys goes to Henderson's office to get the promotion he expected. Hugo carried a fondness for Handsome Jack, saying that he would let him punch him in the face every day. Hugo is a smug, power-hungry man who is often hated by many members of Hyperion.
